2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and run your trip:
- Details you give us in enquiry, tailor-made and booking forms or by email and chat: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, travel dates, group size, budget, interests, special requests and notes.
- Booking details needed to deliver your trip: passport or ID details where required by hotels, ships, airlines and authorities, and relevant dietary, accessibility or health information you choose to share.
- Payment information such as payment references and amounts. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are not stored on our own servers.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and approximate location, through cookies and server logs.
- Communications: messages you send us, including through our website chat.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes and itineraries.
- To make, manage and operate your booking, including arranging hotels, ships, transport, guides and tickets.
- To take payments, issue invoices and keep financial records.
- To contact you about your trip, including urgent changes.
- To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and improve our service.
- To send you news or offers only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet legal obligations.
Our legal grounds are: to carry out a contract with you or take steps you ask for before one; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business; compliance with the law; and your consent where we ask for it (for example, marketing).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed, with:
- Hotels, Nile cruise operators, airlines, transport providers, guides and venues delivering your trip.
- Payment providers and banks processing your payment.
- Service providers who help us run the website, email and live chat, under confidentiality terms.
- Authorities or advisers when the law requires it or to protect our rights.
Because our suppliers are in Egypt and you may live elsewhere, your data will be transferred internationally. We take reasonable steps to protect it when it is transferred.
5. Cookies and third-party tools
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember choices such as your currency, and understand how visitors use the site. It also loads third-party services that may set their own cookies or receive your IP address, including Google Fonts and our live chat provider (Tawk.to). 6. How long we keep it

9. Children
Our site is intended for adults. We collect children's names and ages only when a parent or guardian includes them in a booking, and use that information only to arrange the trip.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
